Chevron Introduces Spot 2.0 to MBMS StudentsAs part of PSM’s partnership with Chevron El Segundo, our team had the chance to snuggle up with Spot 2.0 at the Manhattan Beach Middle School STEM EXPO. Showcasing some of the world’s most cutting-edge technology, Chevron’s cyborg dog, Spot 2.0 provided inspiration for the South Bay’s budding scientists.
During the family-friendly event, Chevron showed off its newest robotic dog along with its fleet of drones utilized at the Refinery, augmented reality technology, and other breakthrough gadgets. In addition to the up-close look at the latest innovations, students had the opportunity to invent, create and build their own projects.
