SAHA, meaning “cheers” in Tunisian, is the vision of Chief Wine Artisan Adnen Marouani, owner of the popular South Bay Barsha restaurants, and represents a bold new entry into the luxury wine market.
The partnership with SAHA aligns with PSM’s strategic expansion into the hospitality and luxury goods sectors, reinforcing its decades-long reputation for creating immersive brand experiences across industries.
The inaugural release of SAHA, set for this spring, will feature a Dolcetto from Piemonte, Italy, characterized by a structured, fruit-forward profile with ripe red fruit, refreshing mint, and earthy depth. This exclusive wine will be available in Barsha’s Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach locations, as well as in boutique wine and spirits retailers nationwide in early May on a limited basis. Future vintages will include a Monterey Rosé and carefully curated selections from Chile, reflecting SAHA’s commitment to international excellence.
