HERMOSA BEACH, Calif. (Novemer 13, 2024) PSM Communication Arts, the leading South
Bay-based integrated marketing firm headquartered in Hermosa Beach, California, today
announced it has been retained by Intracorp to bring the new Gable House, and its
selection of for-lease residences, to life in Torrance. The leading full-service agency will apply
its 35 years of branding and placemaking expertise to the highly anticipated community, set to
become the first of its kind in Torrance in many years.
The five-story mixed-use building will feature roughly 12,000 square feet of ground retail space,
with apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. Luxury amenities will include a sky
deck with a swimming pool and spa lounge, a fitness and wellness center, and coworking space
to foster community. Plans call for a total of 218 apartments, 17 of which will be designated
affordable. It will also include 460 parking spaces, including 28 for electric vehicles.
The mixed-use community will replace Gable House Bowl, which for decades was a popular
South Bay destination for bowling and entertainment.
