The Cannery is California’s first farm-to-table new home residential community. This unique masterplan village in the city of Davis, CA consists of 6 neighborhoods, a retail and business park, clubhouse, bike trails and an urban farm. The farm nourishes the residents and encourages a sustainable way of life that also includes net zero solar upgrades. PS&M developed a brand platform and marketing strategy that focused on healthy living within a groundbreaking community where even the landscaping was edible. Interactive, social, video, radio and PR work truly made the case that “Life tastes better here.”
