The City of El Segundo needed help in positioning and marketing the city as a leader in Southern California business. Next to San Francisco, El Segundo has the most Fortune 500 businesses in all of California. The city boasts more than $1 billion in active and planned development with new state-of-the-art creative offices, lifestyle retail, and commercial real estate. PS&M worked with the city’s Economic Development Advisory Council ( EDAC ) to educate and inspire other businesses about the city as a thriving and innovative business destination that encourages growth with lower rents and taxes. Creative and marketing solutions focused on new business profiles, digital display advertising, and strategic city/commercial broker events that encouraged new businesses to make “a smart move” to El Segundo.
